I really can’t believe this is my ninth treatment. Going into the hospital has become such a routine that I am losing track and luckily time goes faster. Only 3 more after this baby!!!!
This time around, my doctor prescribed ativan for me to take before receiving the first drug. Adriamycin has given me nausea in the past and he said it can be anxiety caused because I am worried about the feeling. It definitely helped a lot... still not my favourite experience in the world. I also had an amazing nurse that my family knew before. She really got me comfortable and it was nice chatting to pass the time. This must have been the fastest treatment so far. Only 42 days until I ring that bravery bell and can say I’m finally done treatment!
